How do I remove a shift knob from chrysler sebring 2002.?

I want to change the knob but im having trouble trying to take off the shift knob because I dont know how lol|||Set the parking brake and shift the car (without starting it) to low 1. Then look at the front lower portion of the shift knob. There should be a small hole there with a set screw in it. It will be a small allen. Unscrew it till the shift knob pulls up and off.|||On a manual transmission, or gear selector without a button, the standard is usually unscrew, screwing counter-clockwise to remove.|||lefty loosey
