How can I take of and switch the gear shift knob of a 2007 toyota camry without ruining it?

I found a skull gear shift knob online that I want to buy for my 07 camry, I%26#039;m not sure though if the one the car came with comes off easily and I don%26#039;t want to damage it. Do you know how I can change it without ruining it?|||Turn it counter clockwise. It just screws on
